- Two copies of the house keys with labels.
- List of any improvements you did to the property, if possible. If not, your best guess at repairs, their costs, and year completed will be ok.
- Any personal items you want to convey with sale (i.e. plasma T.V.)
- Covenants, conditions, and deed restrictions provided to you upon purchase, if applicable.
- Information on any special assessments, if applicable
- Locate any builder information including any floor plans, landscape plans, or old MLS printouts.
- List of concerns you have about the home selling process
